Denali Park Hotel Policies

Our policies at Denali Park Hotel ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests.

  • Group and individual reservations of more than five (5) rooms must contact Denali Park Hotel directly for booking.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy 
  • Rooms with three or four adults are assessed $20.00 per additional adult, (18 years of age or older) per room, per night.  
  • Maximum occupancy for King rooms and single Queen rooms is two (2) guests.
  • Maximum occupancy for double Queen rooms are four (4) guests.
  • We do not provide Roll-Away Beds (cots).
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.  
  • All of our rooms are non-smoking.  A smoking fee of $250 will be assessed for evidence of smoking of any manner by guests or guests of guests in our guest rooms.
  • We allow only one dog (pet) per room not to exceed 40 pounds and only in dog/pet- friendly rooms.
  • $60.00 fee per dog/pet, per night.  Dogs/pets may not be left unattended at any time. Please contact us directly, if you are planning to bring a dog/pet to reserve a dog/pet-friendly room.
  • A major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be charged in full at time of booking. A reservation is required to be canceled a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of arrival, in order to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ADHERED TO. *(This policy does not apply to group reservations).  Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation, you must do so four nights before your arrival date (this excludes arrival date). Reservations may be canceled without any charge if we receive notice four days or more prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the first night room rate.  If you book same day or less than four days prior to arrival date and need to cancel you will be charged for one night of your stay.
